During the 1970s and 1980s, I was a singer-songwriter. I wrote a lot of original music and published two albums. It was a wonderful time in my life! I loved it and traveled around the western U.S., Canada, and Alaska playing and performing in various venues. However, after my second album, I began to have problems with my voice. At that point, I discontinued singing and performing and studied voice for several years, hoping to rehabilitate it, but I was never able to fully recover. The memories still remain, though, and I cherish them!
I've always been someone who needed a creative outlet, so now my passion (since 2013) is writing science fiction and fantasy books, and that's what this blog is all about. But recently I decided to use it to share my music with you as well.
I'll be putting my music and albums on a Bob's Music page where you'll be able to listen to all of it, but that will take some time. For now, I've embedded the title song from my first album, entitled "Visions," in this blog post. Just click on the video above to hear it and see the album cover.
