I have been spending time almost everyday since moving into my new place in Seattle working on my new fantasy book, Ailionn. It takes place in the past in southeastern Ireland, beginning in AD 1. The title is the name of the main character—an ancient Irish name pronounced AH-lin. I'm more than 6,000 words in and am having a great time writing the book and conducting the considerable research it requires!
